 TESOL PROGRAM
 Gain an accredited international TESOL certificate issued by the United Kingdom's Telford Academy of English and then secure a one-year teaching position in Taiwan!
EU Growth Education Group (EU Growth) is partnering with the United Kingdom's Telford Academy of English (TAE) (http://www.taenglish.co.uk/index.html) to deliver TESOL training courses and issue an accredited international TESOL certificate to a qualified teacher who fulfills the training hours of courses and paid practicum. In addition, EU Growth will guarantee a qualified teacher a one-year teaching position in Taiwan right after the TESOL training and paid practicum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold a valid passport from any of the following countries: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Must hold at least a 2- or 3-year degree from an accredited college.
- Be a team player who is devoted to teaching.
 
PROGRAM BENEFITS

- 48 hours of intensive TESOL courses and two weeks of paid practicum at a designated school in Taiwan.

PROGRAM START DATE
- Program will start on the first Thursday of each month in Taipei, Taiwan. An 8-hour orientation is scheduled on this day.
PROGRAM DURATION
13 months, including a day of orientation, a week of TESOL courses, two weeks of practicum, and one year of contracted teaching.

2-WEEK PRACTICUM INCOME
TW$15,000. Lunch and dinner are provided on workdays (at most 10 days); otherwise, applicant receives an allowance of TW$100 for every unpaid meal; total meals allowance could reach TW$2,000. Applicant must work at most 5 hours a day for 10 days (or at most 25 hours a week for 2 weeks).
PROJECTED INCOME
Candidates who satisfactorily fulfill the 48-hour lessons and the two-week practicum will be granted a one-year teaching contract with a prospective school in Taiwan. The projected monthly income is from TW$55,000 or above according to a teacher's educational background and teaching experiences.

ASSISTANCE IN PAPERWORK PROCESS
Applicant will be assisted in applying for visitor visa, work permit, resident visa, Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), and national health insurance card.
