EU Growth, the authorized distributor of McGraw-Hill ELT publications is looking for ELT/TESOL Trainers and Overseas Education Coordinators. The job descriptions are stated as follows.
1. ELT Trainers
EU Growth welcomes experienced and qualified trainers for our nation-wide ELT seminars and workshops. Candidates need to be energetic, outgoing and well-versed in teaching young learners as you will be representing one of the largest international publishers in doing demos and trainings for teachers of various backgrounds.
Seminars will focus on:
- How to effectively use textbooks and writing in the classroom
- How to prepare students for testing in a fun learning environment
- How to use multiple resources in different ways
- Classroom management of young learners
- Story telling and language learning.
- Culture Education for young learners.

2. TESOL Trainers
EU Growth welcomes experienced and qualified trainers for our nation-wide TESOL courses. The qualifications of the applicants are as follows.
- MA in TESOL or Education
- At least 3 yeas of teaching experience
- Hold a valid passport from any of the following countries: USA, Canada, United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand

EU Growth Education Group (EU Growth) cooperates with UK's Telford Academy of English (TAE) (http://www.taenglish.co.uk/index.html) to deliver TESOL training courses and issue an accredited international TESOL certificate to a qualified foreign teacher who fulfills the training hours of courses and practicum period. In addition, EU Growth will guarantee a qualified foreign TESOL Trainers teacher a one-year teaching position in Taiwan right after the TESOL training and practicum.
3. Overseas Recruiting Agent
We are looking for Overseas Recruiting Agents to recruit passionate, cooperative teachers to teach English as a foreign language in Taiwan, and to promote our career programs: Work Study (Study Chinese & Job) Program, TESOL Certification & Job Program, VIP Program, and ESL Jobs Program.
Overseas Recruiting Agents will receive US$100 as commission for every valid candidate who successfully joins our career programs.
Additional bonus commission for each "Work Study" and "TESOL Certification & Job" program session are offered as follows:
- TW$15,000 for recruiting 5-9 valid candidates.
- TW$35,000 for recruiting 10-14 valid candidates.
- TW$50,000 for recruiting 15-19 valid candidates.
- TW$80,000 for recruiting 20-24 valid candidates.
