VIP program is for teachers who are still overseas and planning to teach English in Taiwan. The program is a comprehensive career service that guarantees a teaching job to teachers!

Our Guarantees:

1. In-depth Interview with Teacher: We learn of the teacher's career preferences first and start matching suitable schools.
2. Job Matching: Before the teacher's arrival in Taiwan, we actively utilize multiple means to better match the teacher to a suitable job.
3. Assistance in Taiwan Visa Application: We assist the teacher in applying for a proper visa to enter Taiwan. If possible, a work permit can be granted to the teacher before arriving in Taiwan.
4. Airport Pick-Up: Paid-for by EU Growth.
5. Multiple Interviews: We arrange multiple interviews after the teacher arrive, giving the teacher more job options.
6. One-Week Accommodation: Paid-for by EU Growth. During the interview period, EU Growth will provide one-week accommodation until the teacher is placed into a suitable position.
7. One-Week Job Placement Guarantee: Teacher will be guaranteed a suitable teaching position within one week of arriving in Taiwan; otherwise, we will refund the VIP Program enrollment fee to the teacher. Suitable teaching position depends on the qualifications of the teacher and the job market.
8. Salary Rate Guarantee: EU Growth guarantees that a teacher's monthly salary will start from TW$50,000 to TW$55,000 or above for teaching less than 100 hours a month.
9. Health Check Arrangement: Paid-for by EU Growth. Required for a teacher who plans to teach at a language school.
10. Assistance in Paperwork Process in Taiwan: Applicant will be assisted in applying for work permit, resident visa, Alien Resident Certificate (ARC), and national health insurance card.
11. Long-Term Accommodation: We will refer the teacher to a real estate rental agent to find long-term accommodation near the school after a position is confirmed.
